We dive deep into your health & fitness goals, while taking note of any physical limitations or injuries you may have. We then place you in the appropriate training program based on your needs and fitness level to accelerate your progress and results. 

And NO. . . we don't put you on a limiting diet/meal plan - we teach you how to have a sustainable relationship with food and eat according to your goals and current life (work, family etc)! If you feel like you've tried everything and still stressed when it comes to adopting a fit life, this is for you.

Home and Gym Workouts

We take the guess-work out of your entire training experience. 
  • Get a new training routine every 6 weeks. We keep our functional/strength-based workouts to only 30 minutes (done anytime in the day) because we understand you have a busy life. 
  • You'll have 24-hour access to coach Damon, Nneka and our revolutionary Online Personal Training App where you will find your workout schedule, exercise tutorials, food journal and personal progress reports. 
  • Once you view your exercises for the day, press "start workout" and follow along the training session and built-in workout timer. We'll know whether you're progressing or need a little push.
